Check Your Maxis Bill

I have called Maxis twice to gain information on the below matter.
Recently, you will see a lot 1 or 2 seconds calls’s charges in your Maxis bill. Dont be surprise if the destinated number has no voice mail and still Maxis is charging you.
Customer Services agents from Maxis have explained to me that Maxis will follow the regulations which is drawn by JTM (something like Jabatan Telekom Malaysia, I cant really recall the name). Under that regulations, all calls that are diverted to system prompts will be charged, etc, “the number is tempopary unavailable”, or, you getting a busy tone, vary from RM0.08 (plan 75) or RM0.15 (std plan). Only apply on post-paid plan.
Be a smart consumers, dont call so many times when your fren’s line is still busy. YOU ARE BEING CHARGED ON THAT.
